藍鳥3A-Buffalo Bisons王建民原定台北時間13日上午登板先發，但比賽因雨延賽，藍鳥3A官網公布，建仔將延後一天，14日上午6時對洋基3A先發。
王建民原本今天要對費城人隊先發，但比賽因雨延賽，巧合的是，延後一天先發，藍鳥3A將與洋基3A打雙重賽，建仔將在第一戰先發，王建民將在洋基3A面前證明自己的實力。
王建民在大聯盟歷經挫折，日前從藍鳥3A再出發，對國民3A之戰，依舊用球數相當精簡，完投7局只用了83球，53球好球，被擊出3支安打失1分，三振1次，沒有保送，滾飛球比是12比7，從數據看投球內容，建仔的控球相當好。
前一戰王建民的招牌伸卡球維持水準，但變化球的控球火候還不夠，這也是建仔必須持續加強的部分，如此他才能得到藍鳥教練團的信任，尋求再次回到大聯盟的機會。
王建民本季在3A的成績是5勝4敗、防禦率2.22，在大聯盟先發5場，投24局，戰績1勝1敗、防禦率7.13。
