苗栗溪水暴漲封鎖十座橋樑

【楊永盛／苗栗報導】中度颱風蘇力狂掃苗栗地區，狂風驟雨造成不少災情，災害防救中心9時宣佈封閉北勢大橋、頭份中港溪橋等10座橋樑，部份省道因路樹倒塌、土石流淹沒造成交通中斷。中港溪頭份尖山地區暴漲溪水越過堤防，社區淹水到大腿高度，已將40名住戶撤離。預估下午2時海水滿潮，沿海低窪地區恐有海水倒灌，防災中心呼籲民眾隨時留意撤離通知。另外，泰安鄉一名懷孕39週、預產期在15日的臨盆孕婦，上午有出血現象，目前安置在龍山部落的錦水溫泉飯店的假日救護站，因為對外交通中斷，消防人員徒步送生產包上山，並連絡醫師設法到場處理。
