第一次在這發文，小弟在這間公司今年8月滿3年了，擔任國貿業務 這間公司主要算是買進賣出，向廠商進貨，做自己品牌的包裝 一般公司的國貿部門可以細分為出貨部門或者船務部門和國外業務部門 不過我們這個小企業什麼都要自己來，從客戶端接到下單，安排給生產部製作， 出貨前點貨，自己裝貨打棧板，自己裝貨櫃，不過通常有倉庫人力支援， 很難想像有國貿人員要爬上貨櫃的吧! 尤其這種大熱天， 不過也因為這樣我學會開堆高機，還有豐富的疊貨經驗。 薪資方面其實在台南地區算是很不錯的，第一年開始沒有業績獎金 ，大約領到３２～３６K，直到滿第二年因為表現的不錯開始有了業績獎金 ，差一點可以領到４X K，好一點可以領到６５K左右， 平均應該有５０K，另外還要處理進口的貨物， 非常忙碌，不過我的目標一直都是可以進大企業或外商 ，現在有意想跨出那一步去挑戰， 但是對於之後的工作的起薪不知道能不能像現在這樣感到徬徨， 想請教前輩給些建議 PS 我是私大應外畢　TOEIC 835 日文基本對話會， 但是沒去考檢定，大約N3左右吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.105.70.118
