餐廳名稱：幸福春捲 消費時間：2013年/6月 地址：嘉義市公明路223號 電話：0981-636426 營業時間：06:30~17:30 圖文版：http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/65471827 接獲小道消息指出，這家位在公明路近吳鳳北路口的春捲滋味挺好 ，辣味尤佳。前陣子剛巧常吃春捲，索性換間試試風味。 　　這家春捲通常賣到傍晚便沒了，所以平日下班根本買不到，只好假 日來訪。店家口味還算常見，芥末、辣味、原味等，也可選擇糖量。既 然辣味被推崇，當然挑了這項品嚐。 辣味春捲(微糖)　40元 　　春捲大概便看三處：皮、內餡、特殊調味。這裡的春捲皮只有單層 ，因此不像黑松春餅那麼有存在感（但有時便失之韌口），然也沒有因 太薄而變得溼軟。 　　內餡部份特色在於蔬菜份量十足且鮮脆，喜歡青蔬者必然會愛上， 但也因此讓肉的感受性變不明顯。當中夾雜了蛋酥，和蔬菜的脆口可以 相映襯。 　　辣味之所以特別，在於並非用一般豆瓣辣醬或甜辣醬，猜測是店家 自行炒過的辣椒，香氣濃郁順口，然不嗜辣者務必小心，因為辣度有些 驚人，不過也因此令人回味。選了微糖，結果幾乎嚐不到甜味，習慣來 點甘甜相佐者，建議可選半糖。 　　初次嚐試，幸福春捲滋味確實好吃，辣味頗具特色，可惜少了黑松 春餅我所愛的那份蒜味，但價格也相對便宜五元。想來些能飽足又充滿 青菜的餐點嗎？幸福春捲該是你的好選擇。 延伸閱讀： 嘉義．黑松春餅 http://blog.yam.com/larle/article/62295264 -- 上弦月天邊眺望 黃嘴角鴞林間低唱 嫣紅野櫻沿路綻放 潺潺流水山谷空響 怡然桶後林道旁 沈醉其芳 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 112.104.77.104
