標題[問題] 外環道超高建築_玉山

最近回到中壢，下高速公路時發現有一棟建築物在興建， 好像是名為「玉山」的建築。 後來到了中壢夜市附近，既然也看得到這棟建築矗立於天際線之上 雖然在外環道旁邊，但那個地方的容積率真得有那麼大嗎？ 還是中壢一樣有容積移轉之類的辦法，可以讓這麼高的建築可以興建。 不知道有沒有強者可以幫忙解答？ BTW: 號稱有25樓高，天際線都被破壞了。 莫非後面甚麼八卦。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.202.162
