目前的情況是碩畢將準備第一份工作 而去應徵一家公司的企劃 因公司流動率高 所以主管希望以簽約的方式和我簽三年(之前的人應該是都沒有) 合約上幾乎都是對資方有利 主要的內容包括如在合約期間離職 需要提前五個月告知 並且須罰約兩個月薪水當作訓練費之類 另外在合約上職稱是掛"助理" 而在薪水方面 本來還沒談合約時我是開大約3萬左右 而現在如需要簽三年的合約 不曉得是否開4萬合理 表示願意和公司一起努力打拼 因簽三年不算短 因此希望能好好考量 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.181.109.174
