標題[問題] offer簽下去是否有法律效益?

最近找工作遇到一個問題， 就是某公司給了我offer並要求我簽名寄回。 本來想等所有工作都面試完再來選擇， 可是那家就很急著叫我過兩天一定要寄給他， 日期可自填。 我有先看裡面內容，沒有違約金， 只有提到說如果在報到日期內沒報到，視同放棄。 結果我就先簽了，寄回去。 但最近有一個算是我第一名公司給我offer, 我也決定要去了。 便打電話去跟原本那家說明並取消報到。 結果人資跟我說， 我簽的那份是有法律效益的! 他要去跟他們法務討論。 有點嚇到我了.... 我能理解他們可能因為我簽回去， 因此沒有繼續招募，造成他們困擾。 所以我會有什麼法律責任呢? 請版友幫我解惑一下吧，謝謝大家。 -- posted from android bbs reader on my HTC One X https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bbs.reader -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 106.106.220.197
