標題[請益] 如何開口詢問薪資比較適當？

剛畢業要找工作， 透過104網站投了履歷，薪資都是「依公司規定」或「面議」居多， 去了幾間公司面試，人資都只講解工作內容， 每次都卻步不敢直接問薪資，怕問了就先被淘汰， 上周去面試了金融業算是暑期實習的工作， 直到接到錄取電話談好到職日，人資都沒有談到薪資福利的部分， 後來鼓起勇氣寫了信去問，（親朋好友都反對這樣做但我還是寄了） 得到的回應……滿出乎意料的，雖然是大公司沒有違反勞基法， 但上班時總是會想，早知道是這樣就拒絕了哎。 說了很多，不知道大家有沒有好的話術或好的時機， 可以問出薪資又不顯得很不妥呢？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.140.99
