標題[情報] 虎頭山公園 有惡劣飼主棄養狗狗

今天早上去虎頭山公園 大約9~10點左右 在7號櫻花步道旁 看到一隻狗狗(柯基斯犬)被繩子綁在路燈桿上 沒有水 沒有食物 旁邊留著前飼主的一張紙條 寫著希望有人領養 看到狗狗很溫馴的在那邊發呆搖尾巴 真得很難過 也很生氣 除了立刻打1999報案之外 還有去虎頭山的服務中心告知 裡頭的人員說可能會先領養 禮拜一再通報送到收容所 不知道狗狗是否被好心人先帶走了... 還是現在還留在原地 唉... 附上圖片 http://imgur.com/mYVFGH2
