標題[問題] 最近上了一間集團公司

我在6/17到一間集團公司，薪資、工作內容、福利、升遷制度都符合我想要的 也是我嚮往的人資人員，但是我報到兩天後發現他們很常態性加班 每晚幾乎加班到8.9點左右，當有新人報到時亦要提前半小時或四十分鐘到 所以我後來辭職了，離職原因有兩個， 1.是晚上還有一份兼差，等早上公司穩定後就把晚班辭掉，但至少三個月左右 2.常態性加班就算晚班辭掉，我也想去做其他進修(EX:語言) 但，從我辭掉工作後，心中的大石沒有卸下來， 反而一直在想，在原公司我都有辦法不加班，難到在新公司就不行嗎?? 所以就一直想是不是打電話給經理，跟經理說我願意再挑戰一次 這次一定全心全意，全力衝刺 不過到現在我都一直不敢打電話給經理，一直想忘卻又忘不了 所以我想請教各位鄉民們~如果是你~ 1.打電話跟經理說你想回去繼續服務? (先不管有沒有機會可以回去) 2.算了~在找就有，世上不差他一個!! 3.其他想法! (我知道我寫完這篇一定會被罵草莓族，因為這次事件我自己也認為我很草莓 所以無能的我要請教鄉民了~) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.139.195
