☑ 我確認我已經按 z 瀏覽過精華區且也用 / 功能搜尋過板面上相關文章 注意：請按 Ctrl+X 再按 T 修改文章標題使之包含應用程式名稱 ─────────────────────────────────────── 已看過精華區 似乎沒看到這種狀況 我朋友註冊FB只是為了玩candycrush 動態留言板等功能完全沒在用 結果有活動紀錄 之後她試圖更換密碼 但是驗證碼一直會寄到一個@ezweb.ne.jp的信箱 這是她過去不曾註冊過的信箱 所以更換密碼從沒成功過 她現在試圖刪除帳號 如果刪除帳號 可以用同一個Gmail address重新註冊? 還是要換一個mail? 原帳號的資訊砍掉沒關係 反正她也沒再用 ps. 我有請她寄mail給FB客服信箱 結果她看完第一次回信的內容覺得客服回的Q&A不是她的狀況 又寄了一次請客服能直接替她刪除帳號(她無法用登入的方式刪除帳號) 結果收到的回信跟第一次一模一樣 一字不差 而且都是在她寄信過去後五分鐘就回信了 這回信是...系統軟體回的? 如果是特別的case這種回應方式好像有點瞎... 請有經驗的人可以幫忙一下thanks a lot -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.194.239.211
