要戰勝痘疤，就要先了解它。 凹凸痘疤： 因為發炎反應所以使皮膚受到破壞，破壞得愈嚴重相對的傷到皮膚就會愈深噢， 所以造成破壞掉的部分就會產生凹下去，這凹下去的部分會被疤痕組織補起來， 但是疤痕組織沒有再生的功能，所以一旦補起來沒有填平的話，就產生了凹痘疤了 可不可以擠痘痘： 以前我長滿臉痘痘的時候，我都會定期到美容院把痘痘給清乾淨，去診所醫生也會幫你把 痘痘擠出來， 我以前的時候真的長得很誇張，是　滿　臉　的那一種噢！ 我認為應該要擠出來，因為不擠出來這些化膿的發炎組織會持續侵蝕你的肌膚，這樣難搞 的凹凹痘疤就會發生了， 那為什麼醫生總是說不能擠痘痘呢？因為他怕大家都沒有清潔乾淨就擠痘痘，反而造成更 多細菌進入痘痘，使發炎更嚴重。所以如果要擠痘痘一定要保持臉部及手乾淨，重要的是 器具要先使用酒精棉片擦過，這很重要噢。 https://www.facebook.com/michelle01gladys 歡迎大家來我的紛絲團與我互動給我鼓勵噢。 我會加油，持續新增。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.12.208.145
