請問上網的選擇...(凱擘&中華)

老實說有爬文但文章太多整理不出個所以然來....
現在家裡是中華10M跟第四台凱擘，
因為晚上在看土豆網都是不會動的狀態，所以有想換網路的念頭
不過現在卡在是要升速還是乾脆換去跟凱擘一起
(看很多意見有說到凱擘連大陸表現不錯)
如果說網路換過去應該辦哪一種速度就夠用了?
有人可以給個建議嗎?
