邏輯上的問題
市長做對的事情,跟房價有啥關西?

1. 居住品值變好(安全)++>老屋居住品質變安全 ++> 更多人願意買老屋 (價錢變高)

2. 居住品質沒改變 ++> 該發生火災就會發生 ++> 價錢沒有影響

市長做"錯"的事情,跟房價有啥關西?

1. 民眾抗議 ++> 糾紛與跳樓 ++> 價錢受到影響
2. 民眾抗議 ++> 糾紛與丟鞋子 ++> 學運四起
3. 民眾抗議 ++> 無法動工++> 價錢受到影響

以上皆非?
