年省7萬噸水　大葉大學獲節水績優獎

國立教育廣播電台 – 

大葉大學長期推動節水節能，透過污水處理，節省近7萬噸用水，獲頒經濟部103年度節水績優獎。大葉大學表示，校內設有生物薄膜污水處理場，利用生物濾膜反應器處理污水，讓水資源再利用，同時將地下湧泉應用在園藝景觀，讓全校用水量逐年下降，目前全校每年整體用水約減少近7萬噸，相當每年省下水費新臺幣54萬元。
