分析師：沙烏地阿拉伯不太可能減產原油

分析師邱克(Stephen Schork)周一告訴CNBC說，油價正在觸底，OPEC周四舉行會議時，沙烏地阿拉伯不太可能在意伊朗的減產要求。

伊朗半官方新聞社Mehr周日報導，伊朗石油部長將尋求沙國減產，加入會議前呼籲減產的其他會員國行列。

一項將會影響沙國決議的因素，是伊朗與六國針對其核子計劃談判結果。周一，若各國無法在截止期限之前，達成協議，預期下個月將再度舉行會議。

「如果伊朗未能就核子談判，拿出一些成果，則沙烏地阿拉伯不太可能對伊朗讓步，」邱克說。

沙烏地阿拉伯沒有必要做多，邱克說，其主權財富基金報酬率達9%，今年前九個月，已獲利630億美元。其備用基金現在總額已達7400億美元，讓其有能力度過低油價衝擊。

原油價格已由6月高點大跌了30%。
