比爾蓋茲to皮凱提：你沒說錢怎麼來又怎麼花的啦～

CNNMoney網站報導，微軟創辦人比爾蓋茲（Bill Gates）周一晚間在部落格上批評正當紅的經濟學巨著《21世紀資本論》，認為作者皮凱提（Thomas Piketty）在談所得不均的等式時沒說清楚。蓋茲說：「他沒有提供財富是如何創造與流失的全貌。」
 
同時，蓋茲提到：「我也對皮凱提高度聚焦在財富與所得的數據，卻完全忽視消費層面感到失望…特別是在富裕的社會裡，用所得充當放大鏡來檢視，沒辦法告訴你什麼應該被修正。」
 
《21世紀資本論》去年出版後，迅速登上亞馬遜暢銷書排行榜冠軍，跌破眾人眼鏡，也在全球掀起了有關收入不平等與貧富不均的論戰。而蓋茲曾連續13年（1995~2007）高居《富比世》全球富豪排行榜之首，且據彭博億萬富豪排行榜，蓋茲去年5月又重登全球首富寶座。（劉利貞／綜合外電報導）
