250元天價西瓜汁 被北市查到歇業

台北士林夜市餐廳「木桶道」，日前遭新加坡遊客投訴，販賣250元的天價西瓜汁，經北市消保官稽查疑業者事後加工寫上標價，以標示不明要求業者改善。北市府發言人張其強今表示，事件爆發後北市到店進行聯合稽查，發現業者在衛生、消防、勞動等多項規定都未符合規定，原先準備在今日檢查業者改進情形，但發現業者已決定主動歇業。

張其強說，從高雄氣爆、夜店殺警到最近的油品問題，北市將高度重視民「五安」，包括「食安」、「治安」、「工安」、「環安」和「勞安」，市長郝龍斌也強調，對於這類惡質店家的行為，不只是傷害到它自己的商譽，也賠上了士林夜市整個商圈的形象，市府絕不會坐視不管，未來有類似情況店家，也會採取強勢作為。

盡管業者關店，但業者當初違反《勞基法》部分，勞動局表示，仍會和負責人究責。記者致電店家，電話無人回應。（陳思豪/台北報導）
