前退輔會主委胡鎮埔在任內推動遠距居家照顧系統等購案，被控涉貪接受廠商招待。歷7年纏訟，台北地院今天依洩密罪判刑6月。

檢方指控，胡鎮埔在多年前推動遠距居家照顧系統等採購案，涉嫌將評審委員名單及底標洩漏給特定業者，另接受業者多次宴飲、煙火秀招待。檢方依貪污及洩密罪嫌起訴他。

歷經多年纏訟，台北地院審理後認為，胡鎮埔參與飲宴與標案並無對價關係，因此貪污部分判決無罪，但洩密部分判刑6月，得易科罰金，全案可上訴。(中央社)
