標題[小心] 怡東路上租屋處漏水

先前租屋的地方每遇到大雨就嚴重漏水 3房1廳2衛的格局，其中有2房1廳會漏... 當時跟房東反映，房東一直跟我說會處理會處裡~ 就這樣處理了2年......而最近總算脫離了漏水的夢靨 離開時，把房子整理乾淨後還給房東 房東還跟我說暫時不會再出租給別人，會把漏水處理好再出租 我就想說等我新住處整理一段時間再上來提醒大家 結果...我發現，他又出租出去了... 現在講這個可能有點晚，但還是希望新房客可以看到這篇 甚至後續有意願租賃者，合約一定要註明漏水問題 (我後來是簽約說有漏水問題可以隨時解約，不可扣押金) 該房子是位於怡東路上的怡安復健科旁的巷子裡的舊公寓頂樓 公寓對面是最生意的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 122.117.183.154 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tainan/M.1413277814.A.DBA.html
