（中央社日內瓦8日綜合外電報導）世界衛生組織（WHO）今天表示，截至5日為止，本波伊波拉疫情已經造成8033人感染，3879人喪生，且沒有證據顯示，相關單位已經控制住西非的疫情。

WHO表示，疫情最嚴重的賴比瑞亞與獅子山國分別只能收治21%與26%的病患，病床數嚴重不足，他們的鄰國也已經獲得告知，要準備好因應伊波拉從疫區蔓延到境內。（譯者：中央社何世煌）1031009
