天龍國的車友有難了，為了有人騎單車過快意外，擬在河濱車道等實施逾25公里開罰

初步鎖定單車常走的路段，如仰德大道、河濱單車專用道、從士林、內湖等往風櫃嘴的山間路段等，派一組警員先持雷達測速槍鎖定違規單車騎士，距測速50公尺處還有另一組警力攔單車開單告發。
林基田說，將依據各道路規定的速限取締，有關河濱專用道，依法慢速車車速為25公里，待北市交通局在河濱設置速限標示，就可進行取締
