醫師：母血篩檢是全球趨勢 可早期得知胎兒是否染色體異常 胎兒性別僅附帶結果

【蔡明樺／台北報導】台灣母胎醫學會今成立，針對國健局日前宣布禁止母血檢驗胎兒性別，林口長庚醫院產科主任鄭博仁指，母血篩檢可在懷孕初期得知胎兒是否染色體異常，且非侵入性檢查是全球趨勢，胎兒性別只是附帶結果，他強調，國健局禁令應有檢查項目、告知時機等配套，並呼籲即將掛牌的衛生福利部能嚴格把關母血篩檢品質。

鄭博仁強調，母血篩檢可提前在懷孕12周時得知胎兒染色體是否異常，國內每年約2000位孕婦自費2.5萬元做母血篩檢，以唐氏症為例，基因異常發生在第13、18、21號染色體，母血篩檢可告知是否為唐氏症，不會告知男女，但懷孕20周以後的超音波檢查報告，本就有「性別」欄位，孕婦屆時就能得知胎兒性別。
